What is the process of guardrail painting?

Work → pretreatment → hanging → Powder spraying → curing → cooling → inspection → packaging. The requirements for spraying on the surface of the workpiece are higher than those for dipping, so the guardrail must be pre-treated.

There are two pretreatment methods for guardrail, one is chemical solvent method, through degreasing, pickling, phosphating and other processes to get clean surface; The second is mechanical method, mainly using jet shot blasting method. The guardrail suspension adopts the horizontal suspension mode, and each group is suspended in parallel 3 to 4 rows.
